Just found this LP in my local record store. I was so happy when I found it i yelled "FUCK!" really loudly and everyone looked at me. Also Pezband, Rubinoos, and Crabby Appleton LPs.

True Power Pop at its finest here.

Loved this song back in the day. I agree that a CD reissue is in order!

@SETTLECLARET Walmart Music Downloads had it last yr but for some odd reason had it removed. Damn Polygram Records!

@jamesnadam So hard to believe- life can be so unkind! I wonder why it hasn't been released on CD via smaller label, one dedicated to power-pop?!

facelesshorseman, I would be happy to have it on vinyl. It was on my turntable and it melted in the sun. I loved these guys. I saw them in Chicago in 79 or so. Great group. The only way I can hear them is on youtube. Thanks for youtube!!!
I agree, 1979 was definitely a high-water mark in pop music......so many great songs that summer. I was just 13, but I remember that in May and June the radio was awash with disco, and by the middle of the summer it had disappeared and was (thankfully) replaced by songs like this..
