I flew to New Orleans on Fat Tuesday to pick up Gypsy's new Pal. Here he is riding shot gun. The first 30 hours I had him we drove 1,700 miles to west palm beach, florida and back from New Orleans. I wanted to take a peak at the schooner Lynx.

  • Wow, Arturo is a gorgeous cat. Is it a Bengal ?

  • @ntheoret Yes, Arturo is a bengal

  • I do not know if it is just this particular breed of cat you choose or if it is something about you that makes them all at ease, but they all sure love to travel! They have all been the same breed right? My Tonk loves to travel but my others...not so much as a scream fest.

  • Gypsy is a savannah. Iris and Arturo are bengals.

  • I am sad to hear about "run-away" iris... maybe shes a kitty-moma now :) :D

wish you and your kitties the best!

  • I'm sorry you never did found Iris back. I'm glad you gave Gypsy a friend to play with.

It's a nice kitten and I hope you will have a lot of fun with those 2 cats!

  • glad gypsy's got a new little buddy :) quite a cutie

  • Maybe was the Florida blues that took me over!

  • Not wanting to leave Bellevue actually, cause it was something beyond our control that actually forced us to move back to Orlando FL in 2008. The Greyhound trip was from Orlando to Seattle in 07 and the trip back to Orlando was in 08.

  • you took a greyhound back, right. I thought you went back and forth. There are nicer places in washington than bellevue, I can understand you wanting to leave.

I left new orleans and drove 10 east through Mississippi, Alabama to florida, took 75 down to the florida turnpike and that went straight to palm beach got off at about exit 116. Twas a blur.

  • And forgot to mention that I used to live next to I-90 in Bellevue WA back in 2007-08. :)
