The Who, yeah. Just like with "I Don't Believe You". And here it's clearly Substitute. But, works perfectly well for me. No cheap rip off, in my opinion it's a cool Len Price 3 song with some clever quotes. Bought both songs after the first listen.

@punkorama94 There's no excuse for a lazy or ill conceived review is there... but you have every right to agree or disagree with whichever journalist you choose. If they meant the 'Hot Tubs it may be a shade more accurate.
And garage isn't a genre? Garage existed as a genre long before the term 'punk' was widely used.
