What an awesome 3rd season. I was getting a bit bored with season 2 and annoyed at Jimmy's storyline but didn't think the writers had the balls to kill him off. Surprise Surprise! I thought Gyp was a great antagonist, he actually got Nucky running and hiding. While in the previous seasons Nucky pretended that his enemies had the upper hand. Gyp really did have the upper hand. But Nucky got to screw over Gyp, Masseria, and Rothstein all at once in the end.

I love Boardwalk Empire!!!

Gyp was a perfect antagonist for Nucky, hes hot headed and violent and he also provided some great humor for the season. Nucky was at his most vulnerable that we've ever seen this season... what the fuck are you talking about? Of course he wasn't going to die as obviously that would mean the end of the show so what more did you want? And while i absolutely hated Billy ( as well as the other female stars of the show.... so annoying ) i still understand their relevance... basically... stop whining

You sound like an angry little boy going on a rant after finding out because you didn't get what you want for Christmas... i know we're all entitled to our own opinion but yours just fucking sucks. You lack the mental capacity to appreciate good writing and missed the whole arch of Nucky as a character this season and the only thing i agree with you on is that at times the season was a bore ( episodes 6 and 7 ) otherwise this season was great and the acting top notch, can't wait for season 4.

best show ever since the sopranos! Boardwalk empire> walking dead.. sadly have to wait 10 months for season 4. ima try watching game of thrones since i heard its good. Can't wait for breaking bad season finale
