  • Simply Grand Mr. Mohammad Ali literally head and shoulders above anyone you can think of in the subcontinent. Look at the expressions that depict the song lyrics.. Also Barbara has done extremely well. We are proud of you Mohammad Ali and Barbara

  • further the above Pakistani movie was made in Urdu in 1983. Indians copied the song and the entire film word by word in 1994 as Prem Yog and called it a Hindi film Point being what they call Hindi is actually Urdu. Not even the Indians with their contempt against the muslims and Urdu can keep away from Urdu due to its commercial viabilty as a language for films for the whole subcontinent and beyond.

  • Urdu was a language that is actually spoken in the entire subcontintent has a huge market and is generally considered a language suitable for

    fr

  • It is not simply a matter of language whether it is Urdu or Punjabbi. Punjajbi being regional language it has limitations as its audience and class of people because the movie makers target a certain class of audience particularly that from villages and city that is basically less educated and working class. The reason for this obvious because this class is huge and therefore a good market. Majority of Urdu movie makers are actually punjabi

  • no match of Muhammad Ali........... look at his acting at 3:50 .. is there any match??? wow wonderful

  • @kabayegainsaf ...no my friend ,not comparing...just mentioning the language differences in movies...

  • @melbournepure yes u r right but dont compare with dirty indian movies

  • @kabayegainsaf ...not only punjabi but all languages of pakistan have rich culture..but regional language movies never get success as well as good business as compare to national language movies..u can see Bollywood.. their tamil and other regional movies are hardly seen in the world...but Bollywood movies (Hindi) can be seen in most of the countries..(incl Melbourne,Aus)..

  • @melbournepure punjabi movies nahi un ki stories nay aur awam ki vulgarity ki demand nay bera gharq ker diya hai film industry ka....punjabi is a language with a rich cultural background dat young generation has no idea at all
