My pet zebra finch, Funky, usually roams free around our office, but she always ends up in or under my hand, even while I'm typing.

@ladyday It's very tough to keep the keyboard clean, but I do try :)
Yes, Funky drowned in very mysterious circumstances. I've had several tame zebra finches after her, but none were half as special and unique as she was :'(

@MyXboxFreak Yeah, unfortunately I still hand feed her. Trying to get her off the formula, but she's addicted to it :)

@rudolphsteinkampf my opinion is to keep her on the formula because it says more the tam side. and u take her off the formula it will be more a wild bird and tamed bird. i have feeding babies for 2 years now and i see what finches do and not do

@MyXboxFreak Thanks, but I don't think she'll ever be wild. She's about 5 months old now. She even asks my cats for food and she doesn't like to be with the other finches. Sometimes I think she thinks she's human. She even attacks pigeons that try to take her food. I'm only feeding her twice a day now. Even if she gets off the formula, I think I'll still treat her now and then with some formula.
