James Meador, bass trombone
Grace Quaglio, piano
Doug Gibson, trombone

This is a live recital performance given on Thursday, April 26th at Teatro Felipe Carrillo Puerto in Merida, Yucatan to commemorate International Trombone Week 2009 (even though it does not fall exactly within the official dates of ITW because we are on vacation at that time.) My accompanist is Grace Quaglio and my good friend Doug Gibson from Toronto joined me for the duet.

  • @sm27247 Yeah, I was looking for a recording of no 2 and I was bummed. He sounds good though!

  • Isn't this the third one??? I dont know bassoon it might be different... but terrific job good tone on the bass trombone, good control with intonation too I can hear you wrestling it down at some parts but you definitly come out victorious haha

  • Thank you. I will play it on contrabass.
