A python's teeth are angled to the back of his mouth...so when it bites it's designed not to release, but move what's in its mouth into it's stomach. When this guy screamed bloody murder, it was for real. A bite like that tears a lot of flesh away. Aside from the other problem...that the water is filled with bat poop...I'm sure the immediate reaction was not joke.
