Wanted to go out with a bang. 90m AGL with aerial footage of Moffet field. 90m ended up just out of range for XBee Pros, but got lucky on 3 flights. Did not have enough radio margin on the last flight to finish the mission.

You're going straight up to 90m over Mountain View, panning around the area, & landing straight down on computer control. That's followed by a 2nd flight in which radio contact dropped below limits, but it had better lighting while it lasted.

This You Tube page was linked to the Cinelerra video editor software. It may have been the software used for picture deshaking.

  • Are you using the XBee's for the control link?

    With the chip antenna?

  • What for software You use for picture deshaking?

  • Nice view of human building on all the flat land. This would be real cool to go to one of he nearby mountains and fly up and look around. I would like a fly up at my house! Good work! Thanks
