  • African languages are highly poetic in nature, thus when the Ancients of the Nile said Kemet they were refering to BOTH the people (land of the blacks) and the rich black soil of the Nile (the black land). The word Kemet,, is thus an example of polysemy (when a word has two or more meanings that are different but related). Like most words of idiomatic origin, this has confused modern people because of cultural and historical distance w Ancient Egypt.

  • Thats right and our ancestor left clues for us to follow we and we HAVE to break free from this mental slavery if we want to make it. We are all different shades because the first thing the europeans did in slavery was rape our women. So despite what shade you are WE are still labeled BLACK!!!

  • @antoinelamond but "black" people ARE brown. different shades of brown but we are classified as black. Kemet was "black" people.

  • GETTING CAUGHT UP IN WORDS YOU WILL MISS THE TRUE MESSAGE. LETS NOT GET HUNGOVER IN MESS LIKE THAT. LISTEN

  • That's misleading. KMT is not named as the 'color' of its people because they were different shades of brown, not black. Kemet does mean 'land of the black' but it deals with the soil. I don't mind someone being afrocentric and a panafricanist, but to push those views into KMT and the worship of Netjer is definitely misleading. I listen to Ray Hagins sometimes, but if he actually research (fully) the usage of the word KMT he'd see the forest for the trees.

  • i was wrong. kemet is the truth

  • @seedofbug1088 Its good to see that you are about the people understanding their own cultural roots.

  • @bezzly pt2.... start with the Kemets per se. the great builders (masons) were Afrikan. They were not isrealites. They were not mixed with the arabic culture. They were pure African. Do some research Please stop mis-informing our community.

  • @bezzly The bIble is part of the institution of christianity, which was created in ad by the council of chalcedon to keep people from thinking. So if you're getting you're info from that text everything is wrong 2. the Kemetians (egyptians) are descendent of the Ptah people or the Nubian people who lived south of the Nile and migrated up the Nile. If you ever go to Kemet you will see that there are pyramids not only in Kemet but around it as well. because the concept of a pyramid did not ....

  • the nile river, and the river has a big vagina shape, imagine the sun screwing up the earth with his falic light, we are the seed, the semen rainin over, hmm i wanna cum
