Not all black people are "thugs and trash". I see more white people lining up for welfare or homeless on a park bench in my area than I can say for blacks or other minorities. In other words, he was going to profile all blacks going to his parish as if they didn't already know that coming anyways. An investigation revealed that looting wasn't as rampant as described in the media. Infact police in New Orleans burned a shot black man alive after suspecting his brother of being a looter because he brought him to them for help. Then police shot and killed people under a bridge after suspecting them of having a gun. The raps at the Doom were found to untrue too.
