I'm now downloading the full 2008 edition of the Le Mans 24h and I'm looking forward to have other editions (the Gt1 time was also good with 911 & CLK)

i never got to watch one of these races :( back in the 80's when i was a little kid i would always see these cars on lunchboxes and wonder what they were.

i grew up in the bahamas. we didn't have cable then.

Actually when mercedez won in 1989 with almost free trouble race the made 389 laps 5 laps less than the winning jaguar in 1988 and the second place porsche which they made 394 laps eve with a 30 minute rain. So Mercedez could not had won in 1988. and probably they could not finish the race because body work defects for the mulssane straight
