  • Fascinating structures. Saw one in the far north of Scotland where it seemed to me the outer wall also served as a giant spiral staircase on the inside. This clip, on the other hand, makes them look more like giant stone columns with gaps inside for the people to move around and live. I'd love to know what a complete Broch would have looked like back then.
