i know somebody who complained after the bonding with Keratin..she said that she really had to scratch the head after! what could be the reason? she said that the bondings where correctly done, as in 1cm away from scalp...

They were probably put in too close to the scalp. they should be about a half an inch away. As her hair grows out it should be better.
