No, it would still count because the men impact was before the other player was able to stick him. The only thing that matters is who killed the other first, --> sutemi. Hence why dekote counts when the other player still hits the men after. Plus hes able to hold form and complete the technique with forward momentum, its ippon.

@Alhok :agree..nito guy couldn't finish his attack which we call couldn't not zanshin because the chudan guy control the nito guy's chushin.. -> that would not a point
