@stump325 He uses the red ball as a prop in some of his dances plus these balls are used in strengthening your back and keeping you back limber which is very important in dancing.

a little more practice and you'll be just as good as that one guy who lives in his parents basement which hasn't been renovated since 1967....I still don't understand way he always has a big red ball in the corner...
