I'm a 16 year old guy and have Raynaud's disease. They are not sure whether it is primary or secondary yet (secondary is the more severe case). My hands are not only always changing colors (purple), but are always cold even in room temperature. I always get joint pain and stiffness. They told me that is also caused by Raynaud's.
It sucks to have it. Now I have to start wearing gloves and socks everywhere I go. I'm also taking anti-infammtory and fish oil pills everyday.
Cya guys! :)

I have a mild case of Raynaud's.
My hands and feet turn red and purple. My fingers and toes get cold very quickly. It doesn't hurt, but it looks really weird haha

my hand and feet get cold for no reason at all when I would be warm. I don't know if there can be something to it cause my hands don't change colors. It's mostly my hands

I was healed of Raynaud's by plunging my hands in ice-cold water 10 minutes every morning for about 3-4 weeks.
My testimonial will show up on Google if you type "How I was healed of Raynaud's" (it seems you can't post links to this comments page).
All best wishes.
The CURE is to Correct the Underlying Reason for the Error. A skilled practitioner must define the cause (heavy metals, chemicals, infections, parasites, immunizations or any combination). Once defined specific nutrients must be tested to neutralize the cause. Quantum testing is 180 degrees different from traditional medicine and is much more accurate.

Mercury leaks out of fillings 24/7 and transported to the thyroid. Mercury suppresses thyroid function and can be responsible for the anxiety and excess sweating. Have the mercury removed by a well trained dentist. Take oral chelating nutrients to less the burden. Have your hormone levels checked by an altenative physician. These suggestions will guide in a solution.

An allopathic approach (same drug or vitamin for every patient who has similar symptoms) does not work. The same nutrient DOES NOT WORK for EVERY body. Each patient must be diagnosed to determine the underlying substances that are suppressing thyroid function. Each patient MUST then be tested to determine which supplements will work for them. Every person is chemically and energetically different. This is the reason why conventional medicine has failed so miserably.
