but its strange, when you spin it you see the sides messed up a bit. like flash doesnt know which is behind what.

@videopixil Ah don't worry I just changed the Z properties using the motion editor as you show in your video :)

@videopixil Im not sure that i understand, i have created to different movie clips for the front and the back of the cube and have put them behind and in-front of the cube by using different layers but the faces just go into the middle of the cube =/

How would u make the front and the back of the cube?

@firesoul7468 Simply create two unique duplicates of the faceplate, add text and then replace the movie clips of the front and back of the box. Let me know how that works out for you!
