no lags at all BECAUSE you had medium settings. the graphics on high are the best graphics for this game but to play the game in it's best quality you need the super computer from the pentagon to play it without lag. I played it on an old computer my dad made with high settings and apart from the lag at certain crunch points, the game was ok.
