@sorstudios Thank you I think I will check it out. Right now I have an analogue mixer, but since my interface only has one stereo main out I'll have to do all the fading in software, and that no fun with a mouse. I just didn't get why you wanted a touch screen instead of a fader?
@lassehoei Not all of us can afford a expensive control interface or a SSL. But for anyone mixing on a low budget, this is the product for you. I've owned this unit for 4 months now and its awesome for editing. However I wouldn't record a live rock band or anything like that, But for Overdub, Rappers, Solo guitarist it defiantly is a great piece for the editing room...... MAC 10.6.8 Logic Pro 9.1.5
@sorstudios Well you do everything faster if you can simply rely on your muscle memory. E.g. touch typing on a keyboard, is the fastest way of putting your thoughts in writing if you take the time to learn it properly. The goal must be to minimize the obstacles between your mind and the product. I like to close my eyes when doing fine adjustments, so I don't see the point in being distracted by visual stimuli, but I would not mind to be proved wrong!
@sorstudios Touch screens are by far the most inefficient and overrated human-machine interface ever, I'll take faders, knobs, levers and buttons any time
