  • how many plys?

  • This is a block stave snare so there's not any plys, just blocks of Jarrah wood adhered together.

  • nathen followill from kings of leon uses this snare drum! Anyone else going to see them at bonnaroo this summer.

  • now $368.30 towards a brady...

  • i'm $13 towards a brady snare!!

  • Thanks for all of these videos. Brady drums are amazing. It will be good have both the kit and snare :)

  • yeah to be a fair or more 'used' laid in head is going to sound much nicer and is less likely to give off high pitched resonance sounds.

  • The Remo Controlled Sound series has a black dot on the bottom that looks gray from the top. The resulting sound is generally a little drier and a little more focused, and the head holds up to heavy hitting a bit better, too. Although, to be fair, nicely worn-in single ply heads produce some of the best snare sounds you're going to hear!

  • the head is not used it just has a grey circle in the middle.

  • why you put on such a used head?
