2. Can you absolutely know that it's true?
3. How do you react when you believe that thought?

It is a pity Katie has to do battle with women's magazines - is that true? Can you absolutely know that that's true? Who would you be without that thought? So refreshing to me to find someone who is not on a crusade at all - she's giving people an invitation. Wow - so much respect in that. I don't believe Katie has any financial need to travel the entire world giving seminars - but I don't know.
