i replayed the guitars for this youtube video. and added some annotations for both Guitar and Piano chord and notes.

Please note the guitar chords are wrt capo on the 4th fret, hence G=B.
But for piano i have given the notes and chords in Bmajor.

there is a strings pads track mixed in low. its more audible in the 1st interlude and the second half of the song.

no dude, i keep strumming without striking the strings to keep tempo thats what you see at 0:50.. its not a difficult song to play, so there is nothing to fake :)
