Here is a quick exercise routine that you can do at home using just your own body weight. This routine is also great if you're on holiday or vacation as it requires only a pull up bar (or any other alternative) and a couple of chairs.
For each exercise I perform 10 repetitions and repeat 3 times. You can tailor this routine to suit your own needs, but hopefully this will show how easy it is to do all of this stuff in your own home.
Wide Arm Press Ups
Jumping Squats
Burpees
Lunges (10 on each leg)
Normal Press Ups
Dips
Chin Ups
