@rjartman This video isn't about proper pronounciation of the Spanish language. He was just showing proper respect to the families that were affected by the earthquake. Give the guy a break!

Is not perfect spanish...What are U specting???? I'm bilingual I understood all the Municipalites he mentioned. Is good when U see people not afraid to speak other languages. He simply had the option to skip that part and he didn't. Shame is to know hispanic people not able to speak or afraid to speak their language.
