I will just keep saying this.
The constitution gives no vesting of authority to public servants over the people. Read it very carefully. Only over taxes, military, government itself, foreign affairs and corporations. They have no authority over the people which means they are all criminals. A cop pulls you over, you are being detained by a criminal. A judge passes sentence on you under legislation, he/she is a criminal.
Legislation is not to be made over the people.

I definitely agree with one thing - the way the Constitution was put together was genius. The illusion of having checks and balances by having the appearance of separate or opposing parties to balance the system of government out fairly is absolute genius. Genius along the same lines as a find the pea game when there is not actual pea. When you control both or all sides of any system there is only one outcome you win any way the chips fall. The game is rigged folks - has been from day 1.

Ron Paul is a made to order corporate shill posing as a patriot but who hates the government he seeks to run because he despises the idea of representing the "mob" he would like to finesse into electing him because he actually is opposed to the idea of majority rule but in practice secretly believes we need a big government to protect big business from bad socialism. Ron Paul is a right wing ideologue who will deliver a bigger meaner government than Ronald Reagan if we only give him a chance

The constitution is a sacred text and like the bible filled with riddles manufactured under strange circumstances by men with great wealth and dubious motives. The text cleverly avoids any mention of slavery and has often (as has the bible) been offered to lend legitimacy to an anti government bias as if the formulation of a government were not the express purpose of the document. RP is a representative sample of what we can expect from Libertars w/ intellectual content even below Ayn Rand.

Which constitution are you referring to, the state of Alabama? Do we really want to revisit the states rights defense of segregation again?! Why does Ron Paul sound so much like George Wallace with a shift of emphasis to "economics" as a rhetorical strategy to deceive us? We have already been down this road and Ron Paul Inc is just more of the same old thing. Anyone interested in the genesis of Ron Paul's racial ideology should read Murray's, The Bell Curve & find out what he means

Ron Paul has accomplished the of grafting free market absolutism onto traditional GOP race politics then fronts this shop worn Clintonesque formula for political triangulation as "revolutionary". If he wants to end the evils of majority rule so badly it seems a little ironic that he has found millions to burn trying to beguile the majority he despises into electing him. Ron Paul is an ideological robot programmed at the Ludwig von Mises Institute where race baiting is repackaged as "economics"
