  • @FitFury thanks for the words bro! yes, I made this routine to improve my strength and stamina. as you said, It set my pushing muscle on fire, and it works on the core a little bit too! few time ago I just wanted to perform dazzling calisthenic movements, forgotting that you need to build muscle and joint strength before. now I work on my strength and power on calisthenics and olympic weight lifting moves. like you do !

  • Nice group of variations to the pushups to put into a routine! They will set your chest and tris on fire!!
