She doesn't look professional. Low cut shirt and slouched over? Not very presenting. You don't use massage in Reflexology. It's pressing on the pressure points and holding it. I am an Esthetician and I've never heard of "kneading" during a reflexology treatment.

@MeSockMonkee Her nails are cut short, and clearly kept clean. The nails would only add a little bit of extra pressure, not a sharp pain, or whatever you're thinking.
