Wouldn't it be a good idea to change out that upper ball joint at the same time, since you already had it all apart? The one that the esentric went over.

Try replacing the upper shock mount ( a common ford problem on the drivers side )

I found replacing the whole control arms is the best way to go, I pressed in the lower ball joints but one seperated, so I replaced it with a control arm with the ball joint already in it.
