Viki begins having twisted nightmares, a forshadowing of things to come. OLTL scenes starring Erika Slezak Watch One Life to Live weekdays on ABC Daytime OLTL - No copyright infringement intended.
I just love Dorian portrayed as the wicked stepmother, like Dorian and Victor watching as their daughter (using the term loosely) is in pain, being abused by both of them...
The whole planning and everything was amazing. It began in 1993, when RS returned. Clint and Viki broke up, Sloan reminded her of her father, Viki began investigating his death, Dorian was put on trial, David Vickers as Viki's brother, Joey and Dorian, Sloan's death, the DID, the abuse, then the confession, finally wrapping up in early 1996, three years after the original chain of events began. It's awesome...
When did this air in '94? The amount of long-term planning allegedly involved in the Victor/Dorian/David/Todd/Viki/DID story over those two or three years is staggering - nothing that long-range would be allowed on ABC Daytime today, but they pulled it off then. Also fascinating was how Malone monkeyed with Sloan to make him an analog of Victor in Viki's psyche.
Whenever Viki has strange dreams or flashes of memory about something, you know it is going to be an outstanding story. I sure wish they would give Erika one of those type of stories now. The show definitely needs it.

Yeah, Ernie in January 1983, and Sheppherd in June. Erika loved both of them, and frequently mentions them in interviews where Victor comes up.
