Featured cabinet has knotted pine body & select pine trim and oak end pieces to extend the top to correct for 1/8 " short error.
Raised panel doors are next (better pine rails & stiles and knotted pine raised panels)

  • are you using 2x4's for wood ,,or is that just good ole #2 pine ?? why not poplar ?? cabinet makers choice of woods when doing what your doing ?? nice work thou ,,you build the shop to ? or is it a garage ?

  • Cabinet body is #2 pine 3/4" thick. Select pine was used for the trim peices. Finished it using natural wipe on clear finish. Check the related video 'Records Storage Cabinet Completed' to see the end result.

    Shop is a 14x20 garage. Power tools were purchased over several years - scroll saw 1st, table saw, drill press, router table & router, band saw and most recently the miter saw
