@mccartykevin83 to think you might actually believe that now.

This is the best song I've heard from the best cd by Pink Floyd, The Final Cut.
-
yes, it's about you E.
D.
-
and to think there is actually two suns now
-
another good song by floyd waters is indeed a brilliant lyricist its a shame we dont get good lyricist in todays world.
LONG LIVE THE FLOYD!
-
Most definitely puts things into perspective.

The second sun is the actual nuclear blast that's almost as shiny as the real sun!!
And yes that's related to nuclear holocaust! I don't know why I like this song!!
-
I love the artwork!

@tfd829 I would actually like to think this song is more than the obvious. I mean, yes, perhaps nuclear holocaust, but I think underneath it all it is about personal tragedy. The saxophone at the end, I think tells the whole story. It's a very lonely sound that eventually fades. And the very end, the weather report, tells you no matter what, tommorow is another day like today, yesterday and all the other days...

Inginuity---
The song is actually about nuclear holocaust...."and as the windshield melts and my tears evaporate leaving only charcoal to defend...ashes and diamonds, foe and friend , we were all equal in the end..."
musical tranquility; sound of experience and compassion
