The prison guards will try to protect him but they don't run the prisons. The cons have all the time in the world to get at him and they will sooner or later. If he is ever released, he'll be carrying a purse and wearing high heel shoes.

@anthonygareth I have to agree with you some what. A persons home is their safe place and if you enter uninvited you better come heavy or not at all. I understand the guy shouted some profanity at the fireman's kids, but at the same time, who knows what happened when he walked in there.
