Supposedly. But for the sake of the game, she doesn't. I think the reason she was able to escape in time was because of her Curse Seal (at least, against Orochimaru). But then again, the manga never directly stated that she was suppose to die after using the attack. Soi I guess it can go both ways.

Bought it online at ncsx.com. But you could also get it on playasia.com, lik-sang.com, estarland.com, and even on ebay! ^^ And don't go looking for it at EB Games or Gamestop (dunno how many questions like that I have received)! Trust me, they're not going to have it. ^^'
