This is NOT the ghost of Michael Jackson. Lighting is intense on these types of film shoots. this is as simple as a casted shadow from possibly a sound guy changing location to get out of the way of the camera. Pay very careful attention to the floor at the start of the door way, you will be able to follow the shadow from there.
