  • hi i have a question , so i understand they take the nucleus from the donor out and put in another nucleus , however where is this other nucleus from ? thanks .

  • The same type of cell from another animal.

  • where did you get the video parts of the nucleus getting sucked out or whatever goin on?

  • What are you talking about there isn't a shot like that in this video did you just asume or something?

  • What program did you use to make the video because I have the same topic and I just don't know how to make videos, and add music and all that

  • cloning!

  • always helps to have info up as a presentation. thanks

  • awesome video with lots of infos.

actually, I have a presentation that I have to talk about cloning for 2hrs. It's for one of my upper level bio classes and you're video is just amazing and you did such a great job.

    -Thanks =]

  • It's very interesting to know that the clone is born the same "genetic" age as the donor. I have 3 questions for those who may know.

    1. Would the nucleus taken from hair or bone tissue be less affected by the genetic age problem that from a soft tissue source?

    2. Can a physically intact nucleus taken from a long dead donor, a mummy for example, be used for cloning?

    3. Or would a living strand have to be modified into a viable copy of the dead strand?

  • they took out the nucleus for the egg donor(a black face sheep), then put in a nuclear of mammary cell from the 'genetic material' donor(a white face sheep). so dolly is the "same" as the white face sheep

  • They don't put the nucleus in a nucleus; that's kind of like putting a rock in a rock. They put it in the cell of an embryo.

  • nice

  • cool text n music......

  • whoa the music along with the video makes this really creepy like alien man O_x
