pure water freezes at temperature less than 0degree...but if any impurities are present it become 0 degree...he added some impurities to the water which is less than 0 degree..then its freezing point become zero and its starts freezing...it is the propertyy of nucleation...hetrogenous nucleation

if you want water at 0 degrees Celsius freezing in your mouth, then... YES you can drink it. :)

the water has to be pure with no particles of any sort in it. your best bet is to buy a case of like aquafina of some purified stuff, and try freezing a bunch of them, one of them is boud to be pure. (i had two in one case)
