you can definitely get a groin problem if this is done too often or to much / long.. and especially if the ground is too hard and you yourself are not at an intermediate level. or have a fairly good level of fitness... and thats a a fact..too much springing / jumping / plyometric exercises can have an adverse effect so beware and warm up well also if attempting .

This is so not speed training.
it would be if break it into shorter courses.

@ChrisSchwanrez these drills build specific muscles so u can obtain explosiveness in a game aka short bursts of speed

these drills would work if you used to speed doing it.. you get fast by training fast...not jogging lol
