It's when we except Christ in our lives and lay our trust at his feet is when we are forgiven through repentance. No Christian is perfect we sin everyday. We are not sinless we just sin less. With Christ I'm an suicidal alcoholic with no hope life and hate for every man who was cleansed by the blood of Jesus Christ a renewal of life.

1 Corinthians 1:18 the power of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing. But to those who are being saved is the power of God. Jesus will never force himself on you. He says I stand at your door and knock, IF you answer I will come in a dine with you and you with me. Everything in the bible is being prophesied. It's the ignorance and pride from darkness that keep men away from coming to know Jesus Christ. Everyone thinks that Christians are perfect and bound by a god.

But currently, i believe if that person is willing to repent, yes. And why dont you look at the miraculous wonders that God has done that even science terms or any other analogy cannot be used to explain it before answering?

@xboxboy40 About forgivness, in this world there are rules, some visible for human eye for exemple gravity, if you jump from the top of a building, you will get hurt and eventually die, you can't blame God for that and it will never come to your mind to blame gravity !!! Well there is another rule invisible, God is holy, so sin cannot be unpunished and the punishment is death (like gravity, we can't do anything about it).But in His love, He punished Jesus instead of us so that we can be with Him
