Elasticities and The Wire

Stringer Bell describes the concept of elasticity to some corner kids.

If you've never watched the show, the guy in the yellow is Stringer Bell, COO to a violent drug ring in West Baltimore. He's the guy that takes care of business, which usually means sending people to kill snitches, threaten witnesses, etc. In the scene he's running a copy shop, which is a front for the drug dealing and the kids working in the shop are kids normally on the street selling drugs.
