This workout is specific to fighter training in a team format instead of traditional one-on-one training. Note that the fighter is forced to integrate stand-up as well as ground technique. The pad holder's role is active because he is required to work take downs and jiu-jitsu/mma technique in situational drills. This style of training is very efficient and productive.
