Emeril Lagasse demonstrates Pro-Clad, his latest line with All-Clad, as well as three new cast-iron pieces. Cast iron includes an inverter roaster, great for "drunken chicken," poultry with vegetables and more. Check out the cast-iron wok and a pizza pan, that can be used in the oven or on the stovetop as a griddle for fajitas and more. Interview at the 2008 International Home & Housewares Show by Ann Volkwein for Cooking.com.

  • I bet you would a million bucks that he don't use his line of cast iron because it's junk and made in China. but prefers Lodge which is still made in the good USA

  • @bmaz84

You ever see a real cook use a flat induction cook top? You might as well bich that your stainless steel sparked in the microwave. Use the right tool for the job.

  • @biolectron I'm sure they make him a special set, top of the line, in exchange for selling a few hundred thousand to the zombies that watch Food Network.

  • i saw a ytp on this earlyer

  • I suggest you all look up "Cooking with Ingredients" by homepike

  • this bitch has an ego bigger than a fucking galaxy and his recipes sucks balls. Don't buy his bs cookware or his overpriced crappy spices.

  • Put his name for me to burn

  • @biolectron junk shit cast iron? meaning the grade of the cast or the finish iv had no name cast iron for many years no problem we pay for the earths material not names? ie gold is gold no human names on it.!

  • I've been debating to either spend my tax return money on a set of All-Clad cookware or an FN 5/7 pistol. The fellow in the vid kinda helped me make up my mind at the very end with his unexpected, "Bam!"

  • I just bought the Emeril pro clad and it chewed up my new smoothtop stove. I am fuming mad. There are these tiny rough burrs on the bottom of the pans. I checked the rest of the set and 3 total were not smooth. I sent them to All-Clad for a return and the bill for the repair. We'll see what happens. As far as performance, they were great, but I wish I purchased something else.
