The coloring of Kyushu Railway Company all imitates the European design, but feels unpleasantness because it is scenery being totally different and the ugly thing which only merely put primary color together.

its not related , they look similar but if u see it side by side its not as close as it seems there not even compatible on the same track as far as gauge or voltage

I just did some research, their actually not related at all, they were both made or constructed in 99,2000, the Japanese one is a narrow gauge 80 mph , the velaro or ice 3 is a standard gauge 200 mph, the have no relation what so ever even different voltages so there not quite compatible they just look similar but if u look at them side by side you can see the major differences and realize they arent as close as it seems
