@MrPs103 And as a fan of music such as this, I'm sure you'll appreciate how hard it is to stumble across similar artists, and how word of mouth is indeed effective, but in a myriad of content such as this site perhaps not as efficient as it should be. I'm not for profit, just a hobbyist. My reason for posting on this video is because I want feedback from people who will, as fans of this music, have an opinion I respect. Not totally dissimilar to a video response. Sorry 2 offend.

Youtube is a public platform, so of course any communication is valid! :) I'm sorry if you feel like I'm trying to undermine the artists here. That really wasn't my intention. I appreciate that this style of hip hop is (sadly) very rare these days, and by 'drawing inspiration' from it, I believe I implicity pay homage to it by openly attempting to emulate the feeling it captures to a certain extent.

@HipHopApostles if you don't mind a bit of constructive criticism, i haven't checked your channel yet, but it bugs me when artists do this on other artists' video. i may be bein picky, but i feel like it's undermining the music on the video that these comments are left on. if you got good music, word of mouth will pass it along well enuff. as a repeat, i may be wrong, so my words aren't concrete. just my opinion.
