Senator Leahy...poor Nancy Pelosi does not remember discussing torture during those 22 meetings with the Bush administration.
Listening to you whine about torture is torture.

definetly crimes. They chose to ignore several parts of the geneva convention and that is a crime.

quality: First of all, the Geneva Convention applies only to uniformed soldiers of a nation-state. Terrorists don't wear uniforms and have no allegiance to any nation-state...that's why they're so hard to catch.

As I said earlier, except for waterboarding, the Bush administration didn't authorize anything that previous administrations didn't also do.

This whole issue is a political witchhunt and is designed to enhance the Dems' political power and to GET EVEN with the hated Bush.

YOU ARE RIGHT it does only apply to uniformed soldiers and how they should conduct themselves with prisoners. Thankfully our troops do wear uniforms when they were torturing people. This is about justice you dumb fuck. We dont turture people.

quality: Nice and calm now? OK then. I'll type very slowly to...avoid...overloading...you r tiny...brain.

The geneva convention applies only to prisoners who are uniformed combatants of a nation-state. It does not apply to terrorists, guerillas, insurgents, or civilians. If you want to oppose enhanced interrogation, that's up to you...but at least
develop a cogent argument

BTW, none of the enhanced interrogations were done by US uniformed military personnel. Not that it matters.

so you like torture? That is what you are saying. Sorry but you are gunna have to prove there was no other way to extract info other than torture to justify it. GOOD LUCK PROVING THAT.HAHA enhanced interrogation...if waterboarding isn't mental and physical torture then what is it?

quality: You've just proven you're a low IQ hack. None of my posts said "I like torture", or that I approve of it. My only point is that the Geneva Convention has no legal bearing on enhanced interrogation of terroists. Getting through to you yet? Do ya got it now?

And my other point is that the Left...and that includes you...wouldn't give a motherfucking shit if it had been Obama & Pelosi in charge when this happened. This is all about politics...an attempt to GET the hated Bush.
