On the last day of the 1985-86 season, Halifax RLFC played Featherstone Rovers at Thrum Hall, a draw or a win would secure the division one title for the first time since 1903. A 13-13 result secured the title (and Featherstone's place in division one for the following season. Here are a few snaps from that day.
