We have to take into account here that the poles are shifting, and if anything has more power over the oceans it's the Moon. Think about shifting tides changing how small islands receive ocean water. If the poles are shifting, then the Moon is only shifting the tides based off of the magnetic balance of water. Think about it, how can you see rising sea levels on a remote island when all other coastal cities are still there? Water distributes it's volume equally and we contribute so little.
Water also expands when it is frozen. The volume in the ice caps is not the volume that if melted would threaten the world. Absurd global warming crap.
