@JennelleBelle That's so sad that not enough people know about them and what they did for the Dominican Republic. I hope you're spreading the knowledge of how great those women were.

i saw her today in person

the movie (inspired by the book) its a fictional version of their story, alot of the stuff in the movie didnt really happen
-
their story was so intersting and touching. I still dont know what that paper one of the sisters gave to the people, the one that was in her hair. How in the world did they die tho, was it by a gun? the ending was a bad ending in the movie, but the story was great and inspiring

cool! You have to read the book about this story; In Time of Butterflies by Alverz
I dont know why this shows up with the Bluhdorns, other than their involvement with developing Caso De Campo.

Hi, it's Paige Bluhdorn.
I created newsthatmovesDOTcom out of a passion for journalism & the ways news & lifestyle can connect to create positive change. I envision a news organization that is controlled by women; offering a different perspective & approach. This is not a salacious profiteering news organization, but a new idea that offers & tracks progress & real solutions to the problems we face locally & globally.
Could use your help if you live in Bedford; I also focus on eatdrinksleepDOTcom
