E6+Rv30: Melhus - Holtålen, Aug16th

Video: Due to heavy rain (110mm) during the night between 15 and 16th of August, the river had grown and were 4 meters higher than normal on many places. The river had not grown this much since August 1940.

We drove up the valley to witness this in the evening. The river was then only 2.5 meters above normal, but we could see some damages. The road was however closed to we were unable to visit the areas that had been hit the most.
