Sudden Cardiac Arrest accounts for over 140,000 deaths in the UK last year. In America, the figures are even higher with one person dying every 2 minutes

As this sad video demonstrates, Sudden Cardiac Arrest can occur even in the young, fit and healthy, which it often does.

A hugely important life saving piece of equipment called a defibrillator could have saved this mans life and the ending may not have been such a sad one. Defibrillators should be readily available in every gym, leisure centre, school etc in the event that Cardiac Arrest strikes.

No matter how fit or healthy You think you are, You can always have an undetected underlying problem somewhere in your Body(More importantly the Heart). Please get a check up. God Be with you all. And if you ever participate in sports(Teens listen up), always ask around to see if a Trained Resuscitation Coach is around with a AED(Automated external defibrillator). And RIP Miklos Feher
